Refund Policy
Effective April 24, 2026
Overview
This refund policy applies to paid TabMate subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax collection, invoicing, and payment handling.
Refund decisions are based on account activity, credit usage, transaction history, and applicable consumer law. If local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those legal rights continue to apply.
Subscription Plans
Your first subscription charge may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the account has seen only light usage during that billing period.
For this policy, light usage means no more than 20% of the included monthly credits for that billing period have been consumed.
Renewals and Plan Changes
Renewal charges are generally not refundable once a new paid billing period has started, except in cases of duplicate billing, technical error, fraud, or where required by law.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only. Your paid access and included plan limits continue until the end of the current paid period unless Paddle, our payment provider, reports a different final state.
Top-Up Credits
One-time top-up credit purchases may be refunded within 14 days only if the purchased credits have not been used.
Partially used or fully consumed top-up credits are not eligible for refund, except in cases of duplicate billing, technical error, fraud, or where required by law.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer's bank or card issuer.
We may ask you to provide the purchase email, invoice details, or the Paddle transaction reference so we can locate the transaction and review eligibility.
Abuse, Chargebacks, and Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refund requests or restrict access in cases of fraudulent use, repeated refund abuse, account misuse, or attempts to obtain credits or access in bad faith.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our plans, billing systems, or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
